Understanding Our Fees and Payment Policies

Tuition Fees and Payment Schedule
Tuition fees can be paid in full at the start of the academic year or in three instalments: 40% in August for the First Term, 30% in December for the Second Term, and 30% in March for the Third Term. Tuition fees do not include school lunches, transportation, or educational trips. Some extracurricular activities with external providers may incur additional charges.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the annual tuition fee is required for new pupils to secure a place, payable upon acceptance of an offer. Returning pupils must pay a 5% deposit. Both deposits are deducted from the annual tuition fees in line with KHDA regulations.

Sibling Discounts
A 5% discount is available for the third and subsequent children. Sibling discounts apply throughout a child’s time at the school and will continue for younger siblings even after their elder siblings have graduated.

Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of AED 500 (AED 525 inclusive of VAT) is required per application and covers standard assessment costs. This fee is not deductible from tuition fees.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in accordance with KHDA regulations. Tuition fee refunds are subject to specific timelines and conditions, with deductions applicable based on the duration of a pupil's enrolment. Deposits are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances such as relocation outside the UAE or unforeseen situations, subject to official documentation. The official withdrawal request date will be used to calculate refunds. For further details, parents are advised to refer to the KHDA guidelines.

Boarding Information: Key Details

Boarding fees are charged annually and are separate from tuition fees. All meals are included for boarding students. A refundable deposit of AED 50,000 ($13,650) is required for all boarding students, returned upon departure.

Visas through the school are available only for full boarders at a cost of AED 5,000 ($1,365) inclusive of VAT. Medical insurance is available for full boarders, priced at AED 8,400 for students under 18 years and AED 12,054 for those above 18 years.

Repton Dubai day students are welcome to stay in a boarding house during parents’ travel, exam periods, or late school events. Please contact Admissions for more information.
